He was pretty quick in his response. He gave me a fair quote and did the job quickly even though I reached around 7pm in the evening. He also did not leave a mess so that’s great!! I highly recommend.

I had a double problem of my pilot light on my water heater going out and with the freezing temps we had Christmas Eve there was some freezing in pipes. Mario at Delta Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend. He answered immediately and showed up soon after to my home in BX. He was friendly, respectful and explained the problem and my options with patience and then even went through it again with my SO on the phone. He completed the part replacement to get the system running again and let me know what to do and look out for to prevent a pipe burst and what to do to mitigate damage in case it did burst. I was worried that the price would be high because of the extreme weather conditions and high demand given the freezing temps but his price was also reasonable. I highly recommend Delta Plumbing.

Mario from Delta Pipe repair saves the day. During a bathroom remodel a tub drain pipe and sink drain pipe leak was discovered. I did a internet search and saw that this company had glowing review after glowing review as well as emergency service. I took a chance and am I so happy that I did. Mario not only came out in a timely manner but he was able to explain step by step what he would need to do to update my 1920's plumbing . He was very professional, empathetic and listened to my concerns. Nathan was very helpful. I had an emergency at around 10pm, and he was able to come & repair a pipe leak so I could turn on the water main. Good attitude, friendly and good work. A bit pricey, but that could also be due to the timing of my call, since it was around 10pm.

Mario is simply excellent! I recently used Delta for various plumbing projects, some of which were very challenging. Mario was prompt, punctual, very reasonably priced, and just a downright hard worker. He never complained or stretched the work unnecessariy. I can't say enough good things about Delta and Mario. Excellent job done by these guys , i messed up the main water shutoff volve and whole house water was gone , called so many companies as it was 8 pm and everyone was saying to fix it in the morning , these guys act quickly and handle the work professionally my house have water again . We had a leak under our kitchen sink, and Mario was highly responsive. He requested photos of the leak, which I provided. His initial price quote was competitive and he was able to do the work on the day he provided the quote. He seemed very competent, well-organized, and was both personable and professional. As he was fixing the leak, he found a major clog in the drain line, and suggested snaking the drain line, an additional charge which he discounted from his usual rate.He also suggested we replace the components of the drain line, also an additional cost. And he trouble-shot 2 toilets, and changed the flappers at no additional charge. In the end, we paid about 2/3 more than his additional quote for a little over an hour's work (and materials). This seemed a bit high to me, but I don't have much to benchmark against, and the quality of his works seems very good.

I had a major issue with a drain that was clogged and overflowing with water and seweage. It was a urgent quick request and luckily Mario was responsive and nearby and quickly took care of the issue. Knowledgeable, price was ok for a emergency and was helpful on a quick request

Water from the apt above was leaking and severely damaging the ceiling and flooding the floor. Our previous plumber failed to come for several days and a neighbor referred us to Delta Pipe Repair. Marjan responded in a couple of hours and quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem as a leaking toilet tank. Due to its 60+ age and condition, he recommended replacing the toilet and provided a very fair estimate. We agreed and he did an awesome job. We had also asked him to diagnose a leaking tub shower faucet that still leaked after we replaced its washer. He recommended replacing the old 3 stem valve with a single lever temperature balancing valve and would try to finish both projects in a few hours. Despite all the hard work, he incredibly succeeded to our amazement. He was meticulous and cleaned up everything. I wholeheartedly recommend Marjan and would not hesitate to use him again. .

I called Majan over the 4th of July holiday weekend for a leak from my toilet. He gave a reasonable price and quickly repaired the issue.He also replaced a leaking part on our main water pipe. Luckily he had the part with him and quickly changed it out. I received a receipt detailing what was done. I’m glad I saved myself the headache and lucked up with a good plumber. Mario helped my family with replacement of my gas-fired water heater after Hurricane Ida. He was able to find the kind of heater we needed - was resourceful, dependable, prompt and did a great job with the installation. My kitchen was flooded due to a leak under the kitchen sink. I had to call a plumber due to the emergency. Mario was fast and efficient and showed up 30 after calling the company. He was very professional and was able to get all the materials that was needed to replace the water filter connection that was damaged. Great work!

After google search for a new plumber, I contacted Mario last week with a plumbing leak. Mario came out the same day I called him, diagnosed the issue, left to purchase a new pipe, returned quickly and completely repaired the issue same day. Previous plumber unfortunately had not properly fixed the issue but the office shut down after the owner suddenly passed so no one would come back out. I highly recommend Mario as he was professional, responsive and skilled. I really noticed a huge difference in his skill level (superior) versus other plumbers I have used in the past.
